Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

-All original packaging (tags, pouch, etc.) must be included

-A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

-Custom or personalized items

-Items marked Final Sale

-Products returned after the 14-day window

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@sightlineprovisions.com with your order number and reason for return.

After your return is approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address below using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

-Return the original item for a refund.

-Place a new order for the replacement item of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prompt solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.
